Our production time is usually 10-14 business days (Mon-Fri) after placing your order. Once completed, we ship via UPS/USPS, which typically takes a few days to reach you. While we aim to meet our estimated turnaround times, occasional delays may occur due to production issues. Rest assured, we're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

We do not have a minimum order quantity. Orders less than 12 hats require a $50 artwork setup fee. This is a one-time fee that is not paid again on future orders with the same logo.

Back stitching is only available for orders greater than 6 hats.

We start working on your order once it's placed and paid for. You'll receive digital renderings of the stitching for your feedback and approval before we begin. We test stitch every design to ensure it meets our high-quality standards before it goes out the door.
